At Eskimi, our People Team is at the heart of fostering a culture where community and drive come together to create the ideal work environment. We believe that by helping each other grow, we create the foundation for our business to grow as well. Our mission is not just about achieving results. It's about building on the collective strengths of our team, embracing moments of joy and laughter, and creating a team where trust isn't just a nice-to-have—it's everything.
We are looking for a proactive, direct-sourcing driven Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute hands-on recruitment and active headhunting across multiple international markets. In this role, your core focus will be identifying, engaging, and converting top-tier passive candidates who are not actively looking for a job. We work with modern hiring workflows: an active passion for leveraging AI-powered tools and automations—from market mapping and personalized outreach to screening—is essential to maximize efficiency and build high-quality talent pipelines.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Active Headhunting & Direct Sourcing: Dedicate a significant portion of your time to outbound headhunting—mapping target companies, identifying high-caliber passive talent, and converting them into interested applicants across international markets.
AI-Powered Outreach & Automation: Use generative AI and modern recruitment tools to craft highly personalized, engaging outreach sequences that drive strong candidate response rates.
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Manage day-to-day candidate flows across international time zones, ensuring smooth progress from first contact to offer acceptance.
Screening & Qualification: Conduct exploratory headhunting calls and structured initial screenings to assess candidate skills, cultural alignment, and career motivations.
Interview Scheduling: Organize and coordinate interview stages across multiple time zones, ensuring a frictionless calendar experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Care: Act as a dedicated partner to candidates throughout the hiring journey, providing transparent updates, timely feedback, and counter-offer navigation.
Hiring Team Partnership: Maintain close alignment with hiring managers by sharing market realities, talent availability, and real-time candidate pipeline updates.
ATS & Pipeline Hygiene: Keep candidate tracking data, interaction histories, and stage movements impeccably organized in the ATS.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
2–5 years of hands-on recruitment and direct headhunting experience (agency background or high-volume outbound in-house recruiting is highly valued).
Proven Headhunting Track Record: Demonstrated ability to find, approach, and engage passive talent across multiple countries/regions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, talent mapping, and direct messaging channels.
AI Enthusiasm & Practice: Active daily use of—or strong eagerness to adopt—AI tools (e.g., generative AI for messaging, AI sourcers, workflow automations) to speed up sourcing and reduce manual admin work.
Global Exposure: Practical familiarity with managing candidates across different cultural contexts and time zones.
Tools & Platforms: Solid working experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Teamtailor) and sourcing extensions.
Language Skills: Fluent professional English (written and verbal); additional European or regional languages are a plus.
Tenacity & Ownership: Resilient, proactive mindset with the persistence required to engage hard-to-reach profiles and juggle multiple requisitions.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
Flexible work arrangements: Hybrid work models in cities with physical offices, and remote work options everywhere else. With our hybrid model, Eskimians enjoy Work Away Days—up to one month of fully remote work each year—and flexible schedules, typically beginning the day at 9 a.m. locally.
Professional development opportunities: Grow with programs like Leaders Assembly for managers, mentorship programs for growing talents, regular learning sessions, and access to external consultants. Our internship programs also serve as stepping stones for career starters, often leading to full-time roles within the team.
Recognition & rewards: Your efforts matter, so we reward contributions with bonus programs and Bonusly, our peer-to-peer recognition system that turns appreciation into points for gifts and vouchers.
Additional perks: Private health insurance (location-dependent), volunteer days, and team get-togethers both online and in-person to foster meaningful connections in Eskimi.
Take a day off to celebrate your birthday! Everyone deserves to unwind and enjoy their special day, so we provide an extra day off just for your birthday.
The salary range for this position starts at 3000-3500 EUR/month gross.
