Eskimi is a global creative and media technology company combining programmatic media, audience technology, and an in-house Creative Studio to build advertising designed to capture attention and perform. YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

Our Creative Studio creates high-impact digital advertising, from animation and video to interactive and tailored creative solutions.

We’re looking for an AI Creative Developer to help us explore what’s possible at the intersection of creative production, generative AI, and technology.

You’ll create campaign-ready creative, experiment with emerging AI tools, build AI-powered workflows, and develop lightweight tools and automations that help the Studio work smarter and faster.

This isn’t a traditional design or software-development role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, solving problems, and figuring things out.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create AI-assisted video, motion, animation, and digital advertising assets.

  • Experiment with image-to-video, visual effects, product motion, and emerging AI technologies.

  • Build prototypes and creative proofs of concept.

  • Develop repeatable AI workflows using tools such as ComfyUI and other generative AI platforms.

  • Build lightweight tools and automations to improve creative production.

  • Automate repetitive tasks such as asset generation, adaptation, resizing, localisation, and versioning.

  • Test new AI models and technologies and turn useful experiments into scalable workflows.

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, PMs, strategists, and other creative teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve how the Studio creates and delivers work.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

  • Practical coding experience, particularly JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI for creative production.

  • Experience with AI image and/or video generation.

  • Understanding of AI workflows, automation, and connecting different tools or models.

  • Experience with ComfyUI or similar node-based systems is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Stable Diffusion, Firefly, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot is a plus.

  • Strong visual judgement, problem-solving skills, and curiosity.

  • Ability to learn new tools independently and work comfortably with ambiguity.

  • Good communication skills and professional working English.

You don't need to know every tool. We care more about how quickly you learn, experiment, and turn new technology into something useful.
