ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the CFO, you will own financial control for our Lithuanian operations and play a key role in group-level processes, audits, and transfer pricing. You will also work closely with one team member on a shared (matrixed) basis, who supports finance alongside other reporting lines. This is a broad, high-ownership position suited to someone who combines strong technical accounting fundamentals with a genuine interest in modernizing finance through automation and AI tooling.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Capex management-oversee capital expenditure planning, tracking, and reporting.
Audit leadership-act as the key stakeholder and coordinator for annual statutory.
Entity ownership-manage the financial control of two Lithuanian companies end to end.
Monthly closings-manage external accounting partners while actively participating in and reviewing monthly close.
Transfer pricing-own transfer pricing updates and documentation, liaising with external consultants.
Process automation-help design and implement finance process improvements using AI tools.
Group processes — collaborate with other finance teams to manage and standardize financial processes across group entities
Ad hoc finance support-handle ad hoc finance-related questions and analysis as they arise across the business, including communication with authorities (e.g. tax and regulatory bodies) where needed.
Team collaboration-coordinate and oversee the work of one shared team member who supports finance under a matrixed reporting structure.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
3–4+ years of experience in a financial control role and/or at an audit/advisory firm.
Audit/advisory background at a Big 4 or top-tier firm (Big 4, Grant Thornton, or BDO)
Hands-on experience managing Capex.
Proven experience coordinating and managing audits.
Experience supervising transfer pricing documentation.
Solid understanding of IFRS and Lithuanian VAS.
Practical experience using AI tools in a finance or accounting context.
Consolidation knowledge (group/multi-entity reporting) is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

The salary range for this position 4,000 - 4,600 Eur gross per month.
