YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

AdOps plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of online advertising campaigns. Our team is leading the technical and logistical aspects of digital advertising, managing the end-to-end process to deliver effective campaigns. Our duties encompass ad trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing campaign performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as clients, publishers, and the commercial team.

Looking to start your career in AdTech? As an Ad Operations Intern at Eskimi, you'll gain practical experience working with digital advertising campaigns, campaign analytics, and industry-leading platforms while learning from a team of experienced professionals. This is a 4-month internship with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Ad Operations Specialist role and build a long-term career in the AdTech industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Campaign Management (main focus)

• Get hands-on experience with how digital ad campaigns work across different platforms (Eskimi DSP, Google, Facebook, etc.)

• Help the team set up, launch, and monitor campaigns

• Learn to spot optimization opportunities and troubleshoot issues

• Understand how different teams (Sales, Ops, Tech) work together to make campaigns successful

• Analytics & Reporting (supporting tasks)

• Help create campaign performance reports for clients

• Learn how we measure campaign success and what the key metrics mean Discover how data insights drive better campaign decisions

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

• Essential Interest in digital marketing or advertising

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing terms (CPM, CTR, impressions, conversions, etc.)

• Attention to detail and genuine curiosity about how ads work

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Helpful to have Comfort working in a fast-paced, international team environment

• General experience with Google Ads, Meta, or any DSP. Also, familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

• A Paycheck, of Course: 1160 Eur/month (gross) for the duration of the internship. This is a 4-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion.
