YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

AdOps plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of online advertising campaigns. Our team is leading the technical and logistical aspects of digital advertising, managing the end-to-end process to deliver effective campaigns. Our duties encompass ad trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing campaign performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as clients, publishers, and the commercial team.

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Ad Operations team as Junior AdOps Specialists. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in digital and programmatic advertising.

If you are curious about how online ads work, enjoy working with data, and are eager to learn new tools (including AI), this role will give you a strong foundation to grow in a global industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across programmatic platforms
Monitor campaign performance (impressions, clicks, conversions) and ensure campaigns meet targets
Prepare and update reports using Excel/Google Sheets with accuracy
Identify and report any campaign issues or discrepancies
Ensure all campaigns are executed according to client briefs and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams (including international teams) for campaign execution
Support performance analysis and provide insights for improvement
Learn and apply new tools, including AI-based solutions, to improve efficiency
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, CSE, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing / AdOps / media buying (internship experience will be considered)
Basic understanding of programmatic advertising (DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange concepts)
Familiarity with platforms like Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Good command of English (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment
