Are you looking to launch your career in a technical role within an interesting and challenging domain? As a Tech Support Intern at Eskimi, you'll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues across our advertising platforms while developing valuable skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and client communication. You'll work at the intersection of adtech and AI—exploring technologies from real-time bidding algorithms to AI-powered support systems—alongside experienced team members invested in your growth. This is a 4-month internship that can lead to a full-time Tech Support Specialist role, with potential pathways into our engineering team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Follow a custom learning plan designed to build your technical skills and product knowledge.

• Receive direct mentoring and guidance from your manager throughout your internship.

• Manage support tickets efficiently for both internal teams and clients—leveraging AI-powered support agents to handle routine queries and focusing your energy on more complex issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to advertising campaigns, platform configurations, data discrepancies, system errors, and tool integrations.

• Monitor, maintain, and help improve our AI support agents—identifying gaps, refining their responses, and contributing to their ongoing development.

• Use SQL databases to analyze data for troubleshooting and performance tracking.

• Debug JavaScript-based ad creatives and solve implementation problems.

• Collaborate with AdOps, Product Managers, and engineers to address complex issues and manage escalation processes.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to read and interpret code.

• Familiarity with SQL for data analysis.

• Comfortable working alongside AI tools—using them to troubleshoot and get things done faster, with ambition to eventually build and extend them.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning ad tech.

• Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Fluent English is required as you will be working in an international environment.
