YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for Traffic & Supply Operations Manager (DSP), a proactive professional to own traffic supply and operational enablement within Eskimi DSP. This role ensures we have reliable, scalable inventory and that Ad Operations teams are fully supported to deliver campaigns smoothly.
You’ll work closely with SSPs, Ad Exchanges, AdOps, and Product teams to manage traffic, resolve supply-related issues, and support complex campaign needs (CTV, Audio, DOOH, etc.).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Traffic, Supply & Delivery Management

• Own and manage traffic supply across SSPs, exchanges, and publishers

• Maintain strong relationships with inventory partners

• Ensure inventory is available, scalable, and performing

• Act as the main point of contact for traffic-related delivery issues

• Support AdOps by securing access to the right inventory and traffic

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve supply-side issues impacting delivery and scale

• Support custom campaign setups (CTV, Audio, DOOH) from a traffic perspective
  
  Performance & Optimization

• Track and analyze traffic performance metrics

• Optimize supply sources to improve scale and efficiency

• Identify and resolve quality or performance issues

• Proactively address delivery gaps caused by supply limitations
  
  Cross-Team Coordination

• Act as a bridge between Supply, AdOps, and Product

• Communicate inventory capabilities and limitations clearly

• Provide insights and feedback based on traffic and delivery performance
  
  Process & Enablement

• Improve traffic management workflows and processes

• Create clear guidelines and documentation for internal teams

• Enable teams with a strong understanding of supply capabilities

• 3–5+ years in AdTech / programmatic (DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange)

• Strong understanding of OpenRTB, VAST, PMP, supply dynamics

• Experience with inventory management and troubleshooting delivery

• Exposure to CTV, Audio, or DOOH is a plus

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

• Professional working proficiency in English is required
