YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION
Join our dynamic Commercial Team at Eskimi, where we are dedicated to expanding our network and driving revenue growth. As a key member, you'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients, while also actively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with our customer service, marketing, and product teams, you'll ensure our clients receive top-notch service and support to achieve their goals.
We’re hiring a Regional Manager, West Africa to lead our commercial team, strategy, grow revenue, and strengthen our market position across the region. The role can either be based in Ghana or Nigeria.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Drive Regional Growth: personally and together with the team, actively seek new business opportunities and generate demand with top-tier agencies and direct clients across the region.
Own the Numbers: Be fully responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
Cultivate Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with strategic partners across the West Africa region to ensure Eskimi has the best market representation.
Lead by Example: Manage and empower the regional sales team and inspire internal teams by consistently demonstrating Eskimi’s leadership principles: honesty & care, performance & results, accountability, and growth.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
Experience:
10+ years of proven success in digital advertising and digital sales, with a track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Network: a strong, established network of contacts within advertising agencies and major brands. This is an absolute must.
Expertise: intimate knowledge of the digital media landscape and how to navigate it.
Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for understanding client needs and crafting solutions that deliver exceptional value.
Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Language Fluency: English (written/spoken) and French (spoken) needed.
