About The Role

We’re now hiring a Performance Marketing Director to own and scale Roigen’s end-to-end performance strategy — unifying data, media, technology, and product into a single high-efficiency growth engine.

The ideal candidate leads with a growth mindset and strong analytical rigor. You take full ownership of strategy, execution, and results, holding yourself and your team accountable for performance. You are experienced in managing and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and building high-performing squads that can scale acquisition, retention, and monetization across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

• Own & Lead Strategy – Set and execute the performance marketing strategy across all paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, DV360, Amazon DSP, Apple Search Ads, Adsterra, PropellerAds, MGID, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.), ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI in highly competitive markets.

• Build the Roigen Playbook – Develop and maintain our Performance Playbook, codifying best practices, proven tactics, and industry benchmarks by channel, market, and vertical. 

• Strategic Leadership Manage strategic relationships with major partners and ad platforms. Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and pacing to ensure optimal spend and efficiency.

• Innovate & Experiment – Evaluate and integrate new platforms, formats, automation tools, and measurement solutions; stay ahead of platform updates and competitor tactics.

• Provide Senior Oversight – Act as strategic lead on high-value accounts, troubleshooting complex campaign issues, ensuring smooth execution, and delivering on client growth objectives.

• Mentor & Inspire – Train, coach, and upskill the team, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

• Enable Growth – Partner with business development to support pitches, act as product owner for new solutions, and identify client upsell/expansion opportunities.

• Champion Efficiency – Implement scalable processes and automation to boost productivity, maintain quality control, and improve portfolio profitability.

• ROI Focused Leadership – Drive a test-and-learn culture where performance insights directly fuel campaign optimisation, efficiency gains, and client success.

• Reporting & Accountability - Deliver weekly KPI tracking, monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews. Own reporting on revenue, ROAS, CPL and category growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive Experience – 7–10+ years in performance marketing, including senior leadership experience managing multi-channel teams and large-scale acquisition portfolios.

• Cross-Channel Expertise – Deep knowledge of major paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, DV360, Amazon DSP, and Apple Search Ads, with a proven ability to deliver ROI-driven campaigns.

• Tier-2 Network Mastery – Strong hands-on experience with Adsterra, PropellerAds, MGID, Taboola, Outbrain, Zeropark, and other alternative traffic sources, able to optimize performance across geos, verticals, and ad formats.

• Data & Tech Savvy – Solid understanding of analytics, attribution models, automation, bid management, and reporting tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Proven Track Record – Experience scaling multi-million-dollar acquisition campaigns, driving measurable business growth.

• Leadership & Mentorship – Ability to inspire, upskill, and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

• Strategic & Commercial Acumen – Strong decision-making, strategic thinking, and commercial insight to align campaigns with broader business goals and identify growth opportunities.
