YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

The Engineering Team at Eskimi tackles complex adtech challenges with a focus on delivering business value quickly. Engineers build both scalable infrastructure and high-throughput, low-latency systems, solving complex problems that demand deep system-level thinking beyond the reach of AI tools.

We are currently searching for a talented, motivated Junior Software Engineer (Java/Scala) to join our expanding engineering team. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work within Agile teams to develop and implement new product features.

• Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing code to improve performance and quality.

• Receive a personalized learning plan designed to support your unique career aspirations.

• Shadow and collaborate with experienced Backend Engineers for hands-on experience.

• Take responsibility for producing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Learn and participate in code reviews to improve your understanding of best practices.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

• Background in engineering or a relevant technical discipline

• At least 1 year of experience with Java/C# /Go

• Eagerness to master both engineering and the adtech ecosystem

• Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in a team

• The salary range for this position is BDT 60,000-80,000 per month.
