YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

The Engineering Team at Eskimi tackles complex adtech challenges with a focus on delivering business value quickly. Engineers build both scalable infrastructure and high-throughput, low-latency systems, solving complex problems that demand deep system-level thinking beyond the reach of AI tools.

We’re expanding our engineering team in Bangladesh and looking for passionate junior developers who are eager to grow with us.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with senior engineers to build scalable backend systems using Java/Scala or PHP.
  
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  
• Learn and apply best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
  
• Work on real-world projects that impact millions of users globally.
  
• Explore new technologies and contribute to technical discussions.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Up to 1 year of experience in software development (internships or personal projects count!).
  
• Basic understanding of Java, Scala, or PHP (experience in any one is a plus).
  
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
  
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

BONUS POINTS

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects or coding communities.
