YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION
At Roigen, we help brands accelerate growth through data-driven performance marketing across the entire customer journey — from awareness to retention. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and managing full-funnel digital campaigns, collaborating with some of the world’s most innovative brands in highly competitive industries.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage and Grow Key Accounts (Tier 1 & 2):
- Take ownership of client relationships and post-sale processes, working closely with the Business Development Manager and Head of Product/Operations.
- Oversee full-funnel digital strategies — from upper-funnel awareness (DSP, programmatic) to mid-funnel acquisition and lower-funnel conversion and retention.
- Drive Roigen product adoption and ensure continuous client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolios to maximize growth.
Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:
- Develop and present strategic proposals tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and digital maturity.
- Plan and manage campaigns across multiple stages of the funnel, ensuring measurable performance and KPI achievement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Operations, Product, Creative, and Data) to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Monitor performance and proactively optimize campaigns for efficiency and results.
Support Sales and Market Development:
- Support the Sales team with pre-sale materials, strategic recommendations, and market insights.
- Prepare digital landscape analyses, media plans, and creative strategy ideas.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve Roigen’s solutions and product offerings based on client experience and market trends.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, or account management.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels - full funnel (Programmatic/DSPs, paid social, paid search, and performance marketing platforms).
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with attention to detail and client success.
