YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION
Join our dynamic Commercial Team at Eskimi, where we are dedicated to expanding our network and driving revenue growth. As a key member, you'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients, while also actively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with our customer service, marketing, and product teams, you'll ensure our clients receive top-notch service and support to achieve their goals.
Eskimi is seeking to hire a Contracts Manager who will join the Bangladesh team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the company contract flow from initial contract request to execution.
- CMS Administration: Managing company contract databases and repositories
- Internal Support: Preparation of contractual forms and related documents for the client onboarding process.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensuring that all contracts comply with company policies, relevant regulations, and legal requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serving as a key point of contact with clients, vendors, and internal teams, presenting information, and resolving contract-related issues.
- Record Keeping: Organising and maintaining all contractual documents and records, making them easily accessible for internal use.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking contract deadlines and performance, and managing amendments or disputes as they arise.
- Post-execution Support: Managing company claims for contract breaches (e.g. client non-payment).
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
Professional skills
- Familiarity with contract processes: Ability to understand, interpret, and manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, renewal, and termination.
- Legal acumen: A solid understanding of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Risk management: Identifying potential risks in contracts and implementing internal regulations to minimise them.
- Financial analysis: Understanding the financial implications of contract terms, including pricing structures and payment schedules.
- Project management: Managing multiple contracts, setting deadlines, and ensuring projects stay on track.
- Software proficiency: Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software is considered an advantage.
Interpersonal and soft skills
- Communication: Clear written and verbal skills to explain contract terms to various audiences, including both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Negotiation: Proficiency in negotiating terms and conditions to achieve optimal outcomes for the organisation.
- Problem-solving: The ability to analyse issues, identify creative solutions to contractual problems, and make informed decisions.
- Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Conflict resolution: Managing disagreements that may arise during contract negotiations or implementation.
- Attention to detail: Meticulousness in identifying hidden clauses, imprecise phrasing, and potential loopholes in contracts.
- At least 2 years of work experience in CLM would be advantageous.
