YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and data-driven User Acquisition Specialist - App Growth to lead Roigen’s next phase of expansion.

In this senior, client-facing role, you’ll own strategy and execution for large-scale mobile acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic DSPs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to top app partners, designing scalable growth roadmaps, leading experimentation, and driving measurable performance improvements across global markets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, is comfortable managing multi-million-euro budgets, and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping Roigen’s app growth offering.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead growth strategy: Define, implement, and oversee performance marketing strategies to drive app installs, retention, and LTV growth.
• Manage scale: Own large monthly budgets (€100K+), ensuring efficiency while hitting performance goals (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Payback).
• Full-funnel ownership: Partner with analytics, creative, product, and CRM teams to deliver end-to-end growth initiatives.
• Insights & optimization: Leverage MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), BI platforms (Tableau, Looker), and first-party data to generate actionable insights and optimize spend.
• Test & innovate: Lead structured experimentation across creatives, channels, geos, and audience strategies to unlock incremental growth.
• Thought leadership: Stay ahead of mobile marketing trends, privacy shifts (SKAN, ATT), and market opportunities; educate clients and internal teams.
• Commercial impact: Support business development with growth forecasts, case studies, and results; lead strategic discussions with clients.
• Mentor & grow: Guide junior specialists, share knowledge, and contribute to building Roigen’s growth playbook.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app growth, managing large-scale UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, and programmatic DSPs.
• Proven track record of managing €100K+ monthly budgets with profitable, scalable growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and privacy frameworks such as SKAdNetwork.
• Deep understanding of key performance metrics including CPI, CPP, ROAS, and LTV.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Leadership qualities: mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing at a senior level.
