We are seeking a proactive and curious Virtual Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive in various administrative and industry-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, capable of independent thinking, and skilled in managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Travel arrangement and administrative support:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Assist in planning and executing events, including participant management.
- Handle document signing and related administrative tasks.
- Market Research & Coordination:
- Assist to conduct industry research and identify key players.
- Stay updated on global trends and developments of the digital marketing industry.
- Schedule and organise meetings with tech CEOs, publishers, and agencies.
- Communication:
- Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the executive.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach and communication with potential clients and partners.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, LinkedIn and online travel portals.
- Very good research skills.
- High level of curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
