YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inbound Sales Manager to lead and develop our inbound sales team focused on small accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building high-performing sales teams, optimizing sales processes, coaching, and having a great understanding of the adtech space.
The Inbound Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by hiring a team of skilled inbound sales executives, covering global time zones, while also remaining actively involved in some deal closures (5-10%) to stay connected to the sales process and clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
1. Team Building and Leadership:
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of inbound sales executives to handle small accounts across multiple time zones.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment, ensuring each team member excels in their role.
- Monitor and manage team performance, setting KPIs and ensuring targets are met.
- Develop and implement coaching strategies to improve individual and team skills.
2. Sales Process Optimization:
- Design and refine the inbound sales process to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Implement sales tools and technologies that streamline the sales funnel, from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and improve the lead hand-off process.
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and improve overall team performance.
3. Knowledge Development
- Ensure team’s advanced understanding of Eskimi’s technology and service offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident in addressing client needs.
- Develop tailored sales strategies and slam dunk offers for different customer segments, addressing the unique needs of small accounts.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role within an inbound sales environment and methodologies
- Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Process-Oriented: Strong background in creating and optimizing sales processes, using data to drive decisions, especially within small account dynamics.
- Results-Driven: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, both personally and as a manager.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with both the team and clients effectively.
