Roigen is a performance-driven agency specializing in paid media. We partner with brands to optimize their advertising investments and drive maximum results through our collaborative approach, which blends strategy, media buying, and creative execution.
YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of client success—managing key accounts, optimizing performance, and building long-lasting relationships. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the Media Buying team to deliver superior service, exceptional performance, and exceed client expectations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships.
- Oversee project management, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.
- Work with the media buying team to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable results.
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling services to drive account expansion and deepen client partnerships.
- Lead client reporting, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions, providing clear, actionable insights.
- Address client challenges proactively, offering solutions to maintain satisfaction and ensure long-term retention.
- Collaborate with BDMs to transition new clients from sales helping them onboard quickly and successfully.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with forward-thinking strategies.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in an agency
- Strong understanding of paid media channels
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within iGaming is a bonus
