Are you looking to launch your career in a technical role within an interesting and challenging domain? As a Tech Support Intern at Eskimi, you'll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues across our advertising platforms while developing valuable skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and client communication. You'll explore cutting-edge technologies—from scalable systems to real-time bidding algorithms—while working directly with experienced team members invested in your growth. This internship can lead to a full-time Tech Support Specialist role, with potential pathways into our engineering team for those interested in quality assurance—giving you flexibility while building a strong foundation in ad tech.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Follow a custom learning plan designed to build your technical skills and product knowledge.
- Shadow senior tech support professionals and receive career mentoring from your manager.
- Manage support tickets efficiently for both internal teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to advertising campaigns, platform configurations, data discrepancies, system errors, and tool integrations.
- Use SQL databases to analyze data for troubleshooting and performance tracking.
- Debug JavaScript-based ad creatives and solve implementation problems.
- Collaborate with AdOps, Product Managers, and engineers to address complex. issues and manage escalation processes.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning ad tech.
- Education in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
