YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION:
Join our dynamic commercial team at Eskimi, where we are dedicated to expanding our network and driving revenue growth. As a key member, you'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients, while also actively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with our customer service, marketing, and product teams, you'll ensure our clients receive top-notch service and support to achieve their goals.
As a Business Development Manager in Romania You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be working closely with our sales, marketing and product teams to ensure that our clients are getting the best possible service!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Seek new business opportunities through active outreach.
- Generate demand by working with agencies and direct clients.
- Be responsible for revenue and profitability targets for the market.
- Close deals and onboard new clients.
- Work with partners in Romania and the region to ensure best representation in the market.
- Collaborate with the other dedicated Romania Team members (BDM, Account Manager, AdOps).
- Ensure the implementation of campaigns and track results with the help of Account Manager & AdOps colleagues.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and help organise local events and other promotion activities.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:
- A network of clients (advertising agencies or brands) potentially interested in Eskimi products.
- Experience in digital advertising sales and a deal track record.
- Track record in achieving business development targets and building customer relationships through customer sales.
- Ability and willingness work independently, set and reach ambitious goals.
- Sharing our values - growth, high sense of ownership, initiative and drive.
- Fluent spoken and written both English and Romanian.

- This position follows a fully remote work model, as our headquarters are located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The role will involve regular online and occasional in-person meetings with clients as part of your responsibilities.
